Diese ÖNORM enthält im Abschnitt 1 Verfahrensbestimmungen als Ergänzung zu den ÖNORMen A 2050 "Vergabe von Aufträgen über Leistungen - Ausschreibung, Angebot und Zuschlag - Verfahrensnorm" oder A 2051 "Vergabe von Aufträgen über Leistungen im Bereich der Wasser-, Energie- und Verkehrsversorgung sowie im Telekommunikationssektor - Ausschreibung, Angebot und Zuschlag - Verfahrensnorm" sowie B 2110 "Allgemeine Vertragsbestimmungen für Bauleistungen - Werkvertragsnorm" oder B 2117 "Allgemeine Vertragsbestimmungen für Bauleistungen an Straßen sowie den damit in Zusammenhang stehenden Landschaftsbau - Angeboten". Dieser Abschnitt ist nicht dazu bestimmt, Vertragsbestandteil zu werden. Der Abschnitt 2 enthält die Vertragsbestimmungen für die Ausführung von Leistungen der Großküchentechnik. Diese Vertragsbestimmungen regeln gemeinsam mit der ÖNORM B 2110 oder B 2117 die Rechte und Pflichten der Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer. Dieser Abschnitt ist dazu bestimmt, Vertragsbestandteil zu werden. Ausgenommen sind die Herstellung von Zentralheizungsanlagen und zentralen Trink- und Nutzwassererwärmungsanlagen nach ÖNORM H 2201, Gas, Wasserleitungs- und Entwässerungsinstallationsarbeiten nach ÖNORM H 2202 sowie Elektroinstallationsarbeiten der Haustechnik nach ÖNORM H 2203.
