If we receive interesting applications that match our requirements profile, we will call you with a couple of additional questions. It's a friendly and informal process from the start.

The next step is inviting you to an initial interview on Microsoft Teams. This is all about getting to know you as an individual and giving you a realistic impression of us as a company and details of the advertised job.

If you pass the initial interview, you will be invited to a second round in our House of Standards and Innovation. This involves us possibly asking you to carry out a small task, introducing you to other colleagues and showing you your potential new workplace.
