Diese Richtlinie regelt Anforderungen an und die Qualifikationen von Personen, welche für die Aufgabenerfüllung im technischen Verantwortungsbereich der Gasnetzbetreiber gemäß GWG eingesetzt werden. Sie gilt auch für Aus- und Weiterbildung dieser Personen und beschreibt Gestaltung, Aufbau und Organisation von Schulungen der ÖVGW im Bereich Gas.
Für die Gestaltung, Aufbau und Organisation von Schulungen außerhalb des Kernkompetenzbereiches der Gasnetzbetreiber gilt nur Abschnitt 5 dieser Richtlinie.
