Diese Europäische Norm legt Prüfverfahren für den Nachweis der Erfüllung der Dauerhaftigkeits- und Zuverlässigkeitsanforderungen für Flüssigkeitskollektoren fest. Diese Norm enthält auch drei Prüfverfahren für die Charakterisierung der Leistung von Flüssigkeitskollektoren. Die Norm ist nicht auf Kollektoren anwendbar, bei denen der Wärmespeicher in einem solchen Maße in den Kollektor integriert ist, dass bei der Durchführung der Messungen der Prozess im Kollektor von der Wärmespeicherung nicht getrennt werden kann.
