Diese ÖNORM enthält technische Anforderungen an die Herstellung und Errichtung von Wohnhäusern aus Holz, deren Wand-, Decken- und Dachkonstruktionen im Wesentlichen aus Holz und/oder Holzwerkstoffen bestehen. Die vorliegende ÖNORM gilt für Wohnhäuser, welche in Holzrahmenbauweise (zB Riegel-, Ständer- und Tafelbauweise), Holzskelettbauweise und/oder Holzmassivbauweise (zB Brettsperrholz-, Brettstapel- und Blockbauweise) hergestellt werden. Werden bei Gebäuden einzelne Teile in Holzbauweise errichtet, so gelten die nachstehenden Bestimmungen nur für diese Teile.
