Der Abschnitt 4 enthält ergänzend zu der ÖNORM A 2050 "Vergabe von Aufträgen über Leistungen - Ausschreibung, Angebot und Zuschlag - Verfahrensnorm" Hinweise für die Ausschreibung und für die Erstellung von Angeboten. Der Abschnitt 5 enthält die Vertragsbestimmungen für die Ausführung.
