Diese ÖNORM enthält die Verfahrens- und Vertragsbestimmungen für die Ausführung von Putzarbeiten. Im Abschnitt 1 werden Hinweise für die Erstellung der Ausschreibung und des Angebotes gegeben. Es werden alle für Ausschreibung und Angebotskalkulation maßgebenden und erforderlichen Grundlagen angeführt. Der Abschnitt 2 enthält Vertragsbestimmungen für Putzarbeiten. Diese regeln gemeinsam mit der ÖNORM A 2060 ("Allgem. Vertragsbestimmungen für Leistungen") und der ÖNORM B 2110 ("Allgem. Vertragsbestimmungen für Bauleistungen") und den in der Ausschreibung angeführten Fachnormen und besonderen Vertragsbestimmungen die Rechte und Pflichten der Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer. Insbesondere werden alle zur Ausführung notwendigen Nebenleistungen aufgezeigt.
