ÖNORM H 6030

This document applies to the scope of the series of standards ÖNORM EN 16282 (except part 7). It specifies supplementary requirements for ventilation systems for kitchens and associated areas and is therefore only applicable in conjunction with the ÖNORM EN 16282 series of standards. It is to be applied to all kitchens that are not intended for private use. - Specifications for classification, design and dimensioning - Fire protection and other safety-related equipment - Requirements for ventilation units and system components - Anforderungen an die Lüftungsgeräte und Anlagenteilen - Specifications for aerosol separators, air filters and exhaust air after-treatment (activated carbon filters) - Specifications for maintenance and cleaning - Angaben zu Aerosolabscheider, Luftfiltern und Abluftnachbehandlung (Aktivkohlefilter) - Festlegungen zur Wartung und Reinigung Further specifications on separators, stationary fire extinguishing systems and aerosol after-treatment can be found in parts 6 to 8 of the ÖNORM EN 16282 series. Ventilation systems for small kitchens are specified with regard to the requirements for the design, manufacture and operation of the systems.
