Diese ÖNORM beschreibt die Anforderungen an die Feuerwehr-Sprechstelle (FWS) für elektroakustische Notfallwarnsysteme (ENS). Die FWS gibt Einsatzkräften (hauptsächlich für die Benutzung durch die Feuerwehr vorgesehen) die Möglichkeit, Durchsagen (zB betreffend Evakuierungen, Räumungsablauf, Entwarnungen und andere Anweisungen) in Gebäudeteilen oder in einem ganzen Gebäude durchzuführen. In dieser ÖNORM werden der Aufbau, die elektrotechnische Ausrüstung und die Ausführung der FWS geregelt. Die Anwendungsrichtlinien sind in TRVB S 158, Anforderungen an das ENS sind in der ÖNORM F 3034 enthalten.
