ÖNORM F 3001

This document specifies uniform minimum requirements for a fire control system and is to be used in addition to ÖNORM EN 54-2. In general, all individual components must meet the relevant standards and guidelines on their own. Components for which there are no relevant standards and guidelines must meet the requirements of Section 5. Fulfillment of the requirements for individual components does not mean that the combination of these components also meets the requirements of this ÖNORM. The following applications are not regulated by this ÖNORM: — power supply of the peripheral devices; — Electrical control devices for gas extinguishing systems (see ÖNORM EN 12094-1); — Control devices for smoke and heat control systems and pressure ventilation systems (see e.g. TRVB 125 S:2015, Annex 14 or TRVB 112 S:2019, Annex 6); — Voice alarm control and indicating equipment (see ÖNORM EN 54-16); — Alarm devices (see ÖNORM EN 54-2).
