Diese ÖNORM enthält als Ergänzung zu der ÖNORM A 2050 "Vergabe von Aufträgen über Leistungen - Ausschreibung, Angebot und Zuschlag - Verfahrensnorm" insbesondere Hinweise für die Ausschreibung und die Erstellung von Angeboten sowie für die hierzu erforderliche Abfassung von Leistungsbeschreibungen. Diese ÖNORM ist im Zusammenhang mit den jeweiligen ÖNORMEN über die technische Planung eines Bauvorhabens zu sehen. Die Bestimmungen dieser ÖNORM sollen dazu dienen, projektgemäße Lösungen ausführungsgerecht zu gestalten, leistungsbezogene Preise ohne umfangreichere Vorarbeiten zu erstellen und die Vergleichbarkeit von Angeboten zu verbessern.
