ÖNORM B 3346

The present Austrian Standard represents a supplement to the standards ÖNORM EN 13914-1 and ÖNORM EN 13914-2; it mentions the conditions as well as the requirements and rules for the processing of plastering mortars according to ÖNORM B 3344, ÖNORM B 3345, ÖNORM EN 998-1 or ÖNORM EN 13279-1 and ÖNORM EN 15824 which are applicable for internal and external plastering of walls and ceilings. The procedure specifications and contractual provisions for plastering works are defined in ÖNORM B 2210. Processing of rendering and plastering mortar for fire protection, sound insulation and for special purposes (e.g. loam rendering), of prefabricated elements (e.g. gypsum plasterboards), external thermal insulation composite systems as well as surface treatment by smoothing and levelling compounds, by coatings, paints and varnishes, etc. are not dealt with by this Standard.
