Annual Conference for Construction 2024
4 December 2024 | 9:15-16:30 | Hybrid event (live at Austrian Standards or livestream)
The construction industry is facing the challenge of reinventing itself in a time of economic stagnation and ambitious climate targets. Innovation is not only crucial to ensure the economic viability of construction projects, but also to successfully manage the green transformation.
Clear framework conditions are needed to make the transition to the ESG era. The economic and ecological performance of buildings and building products must be improved. The conditions are prescribed, but the rules of the game in the construction sector are not yet known. With rising energy prices, supply bottlenecks, tightening interest rates and a shortage of skilled labour, active action is all the more necessary. What questions need to be answered in order to achieve the prescribed targets?
The Annual Conference for Construction will once again be conducting a fact check. We invite you to the hybrid conference on 4 December to find answers to the construction industry's most burning questions together. You can look forward to inspiring best practices and discussion rounds with experts from the construction industry, research and the start-up sector.
