A training firm is a firm belonging to a system, to train skilled employees. It collaborates with other training firms in a network and resigns from dealing with real money, i.e. the exchange of goods, services and money is virtual and without real risk. For allmost every sector there are training forms, e.g. IT-services and catering services. Trainging firms and their employees buy and sell goods and/or services on avirtual level. Usually a traing firms is divided into differt departments, e.g. marketing, financing and sale. In Austria training firms are used to prepare or to train the access to employmentship, occupational come-back and change among other things. They are operated by schools and by organisations for adult vocational training.
