Das Angebot dieser technischen Hilfen ist besonders sinnvoll, wenn sehbehinderte und blinde Personen durch ein Mobilitätstraining mit den Grundsätzen des Straßenverkehrs vertraut sind, um sich sicher und effektiv verhalten zu können. Diese ÖNORM legt Anforderungen an akustische Hilfssignale fest.
