Festgelegt sind die Anforderungen an die Konstruktion, Herstellung, Kennzeichnung und Prüfung von Flaschenbündeln. Die Festlegungen gelten für zusammengebaute ortsbewegliche Einheiten für verdichtete oder verflüssigte Gase sowie deren Gemische und für Acetylen, die dafür ausgelegt sind, betriebsmäßig angehoben zu werden, und aus einem Gestell mit zwei oder mehreren Gasflaschen bestehen, die über Gasflaschenventile oder über Flaschenfittings an eine Sammelleitung angeschlossen sind. Detailliert beschrieben sind weiters Kennzeichnung, Abnahmeprüfungen sowie wiederkehrende Prüfungen. Gesonderte Bestimmungen für Acetylen sind angeführt.
