Die Prüfmethode zur Bestimmung der Widerstandsfähigkeit von Überrollschutzaufbauten mit den für die jeweilige Maschinenart erforderlichen Belastungen ist festgelegt. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass für einen Maschinenführer mit angelegtem Sicherheitsgurt bei einer Geschwindigkeit bis 16 km/h und einem 360°-Überschlag der Maschine um die Längsachse ein Schutz gegen Quetschgefahr gegeben ist. Geprüft wird mit seitlicher und vertikaler Belastung sowie mit Belastung in Längsrichtung. Der Inhalt des Prüfberichtes und die notwendige Kennzeichnung des Überrollschutzaufbaues sind ebenfalls festgelegt.
