This Austrian standard regulates figures for cleaning services depending on the level of cleaning, room areas and use of rooms.
This Austrian standard specifies the maximum performances in square meters (m2- performances), which the employees have to provide, depending on the activities and requirements of their employers.
Through a scheme under the collective agreement for monuments, facades and building cleaning, the respective m2-performance was declared for binding both the employers and employees.
