Diese ÖNORM enthält die Verfahrens- und Vertragsbestimmungen für die Ausführung von Gerüstarbeiten. Im Abschnitt 1 werden als Ergänzung zu den Vergabe- und allgemeinen Vertragsnormen Hinweise für die Ausschreibung und für die Erstellung von Angeboten gegeben. Es werden alle für Ausschreibung und Angebotskalkulation maßgebenden und erforderlichen Grundlagen angeführt. Der Abschnitt 2 enthält Vertragsbestimmungen für die Ausführung von Gerüstarbeiten. Diese regeln gemeinsam mit der ÖNORM B 2110 "Allgemeine Vertragsbestimmungen für Bauleistungen - Werkvertragsnorm" und den in der Ausschreibung angeführten Fachnormen und besonderen Vertragsbestimmungen die Rechte und Pflichten der Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer. Insbesondere werden alle zur Ausführung notwendigen Nebenleistungen aufgezeigt.
