This Austrian Standard applies to all scaffolds. It applies to all scaffolds in terms of installation and use. The relevant standards shall apply with regard to the performance requirements and procedures for the design, construction and measurement / test, in particular for Facade scaffolds made of prefabricated components to ÖNORM EN 12810-1, Temporary works equipment to ÖNORM EN 12811-1, Falsework to ÖNORM EN 12812, load bearing towers of prefabricated components to ÖNORM EN 12813, Mobile access and working towers made of prefabricated elements to ÖNORM EN 1004, temporary edge protection systems to ÖNORM EN 13374, adjustable telescopic steel props to ÖNORM EN 1065, Adjustable telescopic aluminum props to ÖNORM EN 16031, Encapsulation constructions to ÖNORM EN 16508. Special consol frameworks like for chimneys and similar structures are not subject of this Austrian Standard. Spectator facilities are regulated in ÖNORM EN 13200.
