This ÖNORM contains the general conditions of contracts for services of garden design and landscaping. The provisions of this ÖNORM must form together with the contract to the leading standards (eg ÖNORM technical content), the constant terms and conditions of construction, service and supply contracts. Specific provisions of the contract must be determined on an individual basis and have the supplies and services and the circumstances surrounding the provision of services to include. In totality, a complete description and unambiguous definition of agreed performance can be achieved. For the purposes of ÖNORM A 2050 or the BVergG 2006 the provisions of this ÖNORM both already in the tender and the offers are to consider. In consumer transactions mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act are complied with. This is noted in this ÖNORM in the form of annotations.
