This Austrian Standard is applicable to planning and structuring of quality, costs, deadlines as well as for the classification of documentation for construction activities during the phases of conception, planning and installation. Quality includes quality and quantity; costs cover costs and financing; deadlines involve dates and resources. The building structure and performance classification given in this ÖNORM are both suitable for quality, cost and deadline planning. The application of the type of classification has to be agreed upon for each construction activity.
