ÖNORM A 2050

This Austrian Standard regulates the procurement of works, services and supplies, which are not subject of the Federal Procurement Act. This Austrian Standard is not intended to be an integral part of the contract according to 7.6. Outside the scope of this ÖNORM are services which support the creation and placement of artworks (particular creations in the fields of literature, the visual and performing arts of music and the art of film, see § 1, Copyright Act). This ÖNORM contains procedural provisions - in particular instructions for the tender, preparing tenders and award procedures - for the procurement of works, services and supplies, which are not subject of the Federal Procurement Act. The rules of procurement of public or sector clients are now fully and comprehensively regulated by BVergG 2006, so additional rules as in the previous edition of ÖNORM A 2050:2000 and in the withdrawn ÖNORM A 2051 are no longer necessary. This ÖNORM considers the regulatory requirements of the amended scope.
