Certified property valuation experts determine the value of a property.

By gaining certification as a property valuation expert, you demonstrate that you can value real estate in accordance with the relevant standards as set out in Austria's Property Valuation Act (LBG) and ÖNORM B 1802.

Initial certification

€612 (including 20% VAT)*

  • Prerequisite: Supporting documents showing relevant further training (at least 32 hours) or two years of relevant professional experience in property valuation
  • Multi-part online examination with single-choice test and valuation
  • The certificate is valid for three years
