European customs professional

Certification as a European customs professional according to EN 16992 and CustCompEU.

The examination for certification as a European customs professional falls under skills level IV of Austria's National Qualification Framework (NQR). This shows that your certificate represents a high standard of neutrality, transparency and quality.

Initial certification

  • Prerequisite: Supporting documents showing relevant training (at least 60 hours) or practical experience
  • Multi-part online test
  • The certificate is valid for five years
