Diese ÖVE/ÖNORM gilt für
1) die vor Ort vorübergehend errichtete elektrische Anlage ab dem Speisepunkt bis zum Anschlusspunkt der Aufbauten,
2) die vor Ort vorübergehend errichtete elektrische Anlage in Aufbauten (zB Stände, Buden) sowie an diese angeschlossene Betriebsmittel außerhalb von Aufbauten (zB Lichterketten),
3) die vor Ort vorübergehend errichtete allgemeine elektrische Anlage zB Allgemeinbeleuchtung,
Steckdosen für allgemeine Verbrauchsmittel.
Für die elektrische Anlage von fabriksfertigen/anschlussfertigen Aufbauten gelten die allgemeinen Anforderungen von ÖVE/ÖNORM E 8001 und ggf. zutreffende Teile dieser ÖVE/ÖNORM, zB für Schießbuden Abschnitt 11.5.1.4.
Sie legt Mindestanforderungen für elektrische Anlagen von vorübergehend errichteten Aufbauten fest, um eine sichere Errichtung, eine sicheren Betrieb und eine sichere Bedienung zu ermöglichen.
