Diese Bestimmung legt zusätzliche Anforderungen an Kabelverteilerschränke (KVS) fest, die ortsfeste, typgeprüfte Schaltgerätekombinationen sind, die im Freien an öffentlich zugängigen Plätzen aufgestellt werden und zu denen nur Fachpersonal Zugang hat. Sie sind für Dreiphasensysteme mit einer Nennspannung von 230 V gegen Erde und 400 V zwischen den Phasen einsetzbar.
