This ON-Regel (ON Rule) applies to planning, design and care of green areas on buildings (e.g. roofs, underground garages, avalanche galleries). The relevant Austrian Standards do not apply directly to green areas on buildings; therefore, each individual case has to be checked as to its sufficient object relationship. The provisions of the respective building regulation and the decrees, orders and authorizations based on it have to be observed. The material-specific processing instructions of the manufactuer shall also be respected.
