In dieser ÖNORM werden Anforderungen an die wiederkehrende Prüfung von Messgeräten zur Bestimmung der O2-, CO- und NO-Konzentration, der Abgas- und Verbrennungslufttemperatur sowie des Förderdrucks in Abgasen von Feuerungsanlagen geregelt. Diese Messgeräte zur Abgasmessung arbeiten mit Probenahme eines Teilstromes nach elektrochemischen Messprinzipien. Messgeräte gemäß dieser ÖNORM müssen den Anforderungen gemäß ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 50379-1, ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 50379-2 und/oder ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 50379-3 entsprechen. Diese ÖNORM ist nur auf Messgeräte anwendbar, deren Eignung gemäß ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 50379-1 nachgewiesen wurde.
