This ÖNORM describes general conditions for the sampling of soils and substrates while preserving the soil structure: e.g. agricultural and forestry soils, as well as soils of gardens, parking areas, ornamental and sports lawns, urban soils and backfillings.
This method can only be used for soils with low or no skeleton content.
This ÖNORM shall be applied in compliance with the general provisions of ÖNORM L 1053 and ÖNORM L 1054.
