Diese Norm beschreibt eine Druck-Impulsprüfung ohne Biegung für Gummi- und Kunststoff-Hydraulikschläuche und -schlauchleitungen. Diese Prüfung ist anwendbar für Hochdruck-Hydraulikschläuche und -schlauchleitungen, die während des Betriebes mit pulsierendem Druck belastet werden. Wenn es erforderlich ist, die Prüfung mit Biegung zu machen, ist das Verfahren nach ISO 6802:2005 "Rubber and plastics hose and hose assemblies with wire reinforcements - Hydraulic impulse test with flexing" anzuwenden.
