Diese Europäische Norm legt die technischen Anforderungen an und die Verfahren zur Kontrolle und Prüfung sowie die Abnahmebedingungen für Faserzement-Dachplatten und dazugehörige Faserzement-Formteile für Bedachungen, Innenwandverkleidungen sowie Außenwand- und Deckenverkleidungen fest. Sie gilt für Faserzement-Dachplatten bis zu einer maximale Höhe von 850 mm für eine überlappende Verlegung. Für die Anwendung dieser Norm werden Faserzement-Dachplatten nach ihrem Biegemoment klassifiziert. Diese Norm erstreckt sich auf Faserzement-Dachplatten, die mit Fasern unterschiedlicher Art bewehrt sind. Diese Norm enthält keine Berechnungen zu Bauleistungen, Anforderungen an die Ausführung, Verlegeverfahren, Windsogsicherheit oder Regensicherheit der verlegten Produkte.
