Diese Norm legt die Anforderungen an Werkstoff, Auslegung, Herstellung, Prüfung, Kennzeichnung und Dokumentation von nichtrostenden biegbaren Wellrohrbausätzen für Gas in Gebäuden und für einen maximalen Arbeitsdruck (MOP) <= 0,5 bar fest, bei einem Nennweitenbereich von DN 10 bis DN 50. Diese Norm gilt für nichtrostende biegbare Wellrohrbausätze für Gase der 1., 2. und 3. Familie in häuslichen, gewerblichen und industriellen Gasinstallationen. Sie gilt nicht für: biegbare Rohrbausätze ohne Ummantelung; gewellte Sicherheits-Schlauchleitungen aus Metall für den Anschluss von beweglichen Geräten. Diese Norm behandelt keine Anforderungen bezogen auf den Einbau von nichtrostenden biegbaren Wellrohrbausätzen für Gas.
