Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Rückgewinnung von Bindemittel aus Bitumenemulsionen oder aus verschnittenem oder gefluxtem Bitumen nach einer Konditionierung für 24 h bei Umgebungstemperatur und anschließend für 24 h bei 50 °C fest, so dass weitere Prüfungen bei nur minimalen Veränderungen der Eigenschaften des Bindemittels ermöglicht werden. Sie ist anwendbar für alle Arten von Bitumenemulsionen, polymermodifiziert oder nicht modifiziert, sowie für alle Arten von verschnittenem und gefluxtem Bitumen, sowohl polymermodifiziert als auch nicht modifiziert.
