This European Standard specifies a method for detemining the liquid-water transmission rate of coatings, coating
systems and related products, intended for exterior masonry and concrete.
The method is applicable to coatings and coating systems on porous substrates such as brick, concrete and
renderings.
The method is not applicable to coatings and coating systems having a coefficient of liquid-water transmission rate
wof less than 0,05 kg/(m2 . hol5).
