Diese Norm enthält die Anforderungen an kontinuierlich schmelztauchveredelte Flacherzeugnisse mit Zink-Aluminium-Überzügen aus weichen Stählen zum Kaltumformen sowie aus Baustählen in Dicken bis 3,0 mm. Als Dicke gilt die Enddicke des gelieferten Erzeugnisses nach dem Schmelztauchen. Die Norm gilt für Band aller Breiten sowie für daraus abgelängte Bleche (ab 600 mm Breite) und Stäbe (unter 600 mm Breite). Weiters enthält sie Angaben über lieferbare flächenbezogene Auflagemassen, Ausführungen des Überzugs und Oberflächenarten.
