Festgelegt sind die Anforderung an die Herstellung sowie die Aufstellung von einwandigen Ein- oder Mehrkammerbehältern mit Nenninhalten ab 1,0 m3 aus Stahl mit prismatischer Grundform für die oberirdische Lagerung von Flüssigkeiten. Die Festlegungen gelten für Flüssigkeiten für eine Lagerguttemperatur zwischen -10 °C und +50 °C und einer Dichte r bis einschließlich 1000 kg/m3. Diese Behälter werden am Aufstellungsort hergestellt. Die Berechnung solcher Behälter sowie die einzelnen notwendigen Prüfungen sind beschrieben.
