This Austrian Standard shall be applied jointly with ÖNORM 5330-1; it includes complementary requirements for steel cases produced from wrought or extruded steel sheet profiles, intended to be incorporated into in gypsum plasterboard walls. It applies to cases for rebated and butt (unrebated) single leaf doors with a mass of maximum 60 kg. For the installation of steel cases, gypsum plasterboards as well as of frames, ÖNORM B 5335, ÖNORM B 3358-6 and ÖNORM B 3415 apply.
