This standard specifies requirements for flexible, corrugated, single-layer drainage pipes made of unplasticized poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC-U), with or without water inlet openings, as well as to the associated connecting sleeves and the piping system. The area of application of these drainage pipes is surface drainage (eg agriculture, sports facilities), which are not laid under traffic-stressed areas. The pipe system is not suitable for building drainage (i.e., the area below and not more than 1 m from a building). Drainage pipes (hereinafter referred to as "pipes") according to this standard may also be provided with filter material, but the filter material is not subject to this standard. Fittings (eg T-pieces, contra-angles) - with the exception of connecting sleeves - are not the subject of this document. Recommended conformity criteria are given in Annex A.
