Purifying installations for rainwater from traffic and parking areas are pre-built systems that retain rain water samples collected from solids, suspended solids and any applicable mineral oils. The application of these systems in accordance to this ÖNORM is limited to the cleaning of rain or meltwater, originating in particular from traffic and parking areas which are not normally charged with mineral oil, ie. on these surfaces there is normally no maintenance, repair, refueling or washing operations.
