This ÖNORM serves to implement ÖNORM EN 14695 and is to be applied together with it. In Section 5, it specifies the minimum technical requirements for bituminous sheeting with a carrier layer for waterproofing concrete bridges and other concrete traffic areas where the waterproofing system is connected to the bridge superstructure and coated with asphalt, with regard to the principle usability in Austria. Polymer bitumen membranes are used in Austria. The specific requirements can be found in section 6.
