Weiters sind in diesem Abschnitt Begriffsbestimmungen aufgelistet. Der Abschnitt 2 enthält die Vertragsbestimmungen für das Setzen von ortsfesten Kachelöfen. Er regelt die Rechte und Pflichten der Auftragnehmer und Auftraggeber. Er beinhaltet Festlegungen über die zu verwendenden Stoffe, die Ausführung der Leistung, die Nebenleistungen sowie die Ausmaß- und Abrechnungsmodalitäten. Für die Gewährleistung gelten die Bestimmungen der ÖNORM A 2060 und der ÖNORM B 2110.
