ÖNORM B 1801-2

This Austrian Standard applies to the determination, structuring and representation of costs for utilization actions in building construction and civil engineering during the phases of object construction and object use. Furthermore, object exploitation can also be based on this Standard. For the application in building construction, all kinds of classification and structuring mentioned in this ÖNORM are suitable in all their detailing degrees. For application in civil engineering, the types of classification and structuring given in this ÖNORM shall be supplemented according to the relevant object. This ÖNORM represents the basis for the establishment of purpose-oriented and multifunctional building databases. It is intended as part of the whole standards series ÖNORM B 1801 "Building project and object management" and shall be applied jointly with Part 1 "Object construction".
