Werkstoffe, aus denen durch Gießen Teile gefertigt werden, gibt es in fester, teigiger oder flüssiger Form. Diese Teile werden Abweichungen von der idealen geometrischen Form aufweisen. Daher ist es notwendig, daß diese zulässigen Abweichungen in technischen Zeichnungen angegeben werden. Die vorliegende ÖNORM legt die Regeln und Übereinkünfte für die vereinfachte Darstellung von Spritzguß-, Guß- und Schmiedeteilen fest. Sie legt ebenso Größenverhältnisse und Maße der für die Darstellung verwendeten Symbole fest.
