ÖNORM standards for building contracts

The ÖNORM standards relating to contracts are to be complied with or agreed when executing building projects in accordance with contractual obligations. ÖNORMs and standardised performance descriptions in accordance with ONR 12010 are standards that apply in the drafting of tenders and subsequently in contracts.

Executing building work in a reliable, professional manner in accordance with process, planning and execution standards is an essential element for successful building projects and a high level of customer satisfaction.
