Management systems

Austrian Standards International was the world's first national standards body to have its management system certified in accordance with QM standard ISO 9001 in 1996. Our QM system continues to be developed on an ongoing basis and is audited in line with the most recent requirements of ISO 9001. This applies to Austrian Standards International just as it does to our subsidiaries Austrian Standards plus GmbH and Austrian Standards Operations GmbH.

Education and training programmes

The management system, which plans, controls and continually improves the seminars and courses run by Austrian Standards Plus GmbH, is ISO 21001-certified. This international standard helps in particular to ensure and improve the quality of education and further training services. The adult education programme is also certified in line with the quality framework for adult education in Austria according to Art. 15a of the Austrian Federal Constitution Act (B-VG) (Ö-Cert).
