Diese Europäische Norm legt ein hochleistungsflüssigchromatographisches Verfahren (HPLC) mit Reinigung an einer Immunoaffinitätssäule (IAS) zur Bestimmung von Ochratoxin A in Wein und Bier fest. Dieses Verfahren wurde in einem Ringversuch nach den AOAC-"Guidelines for collaborative study" mit natürlich kontaminierten und aufgestockten Bier- und Weinproben mit Ochratoxin A-Gehalten von 0,01 ng/ml bis 3 ng/ml validiert. Die Bestimmungsgrenze liegt bei 0,01 ng/ml.
